Kaufmann is a Frankfurt based old school Indierock Band (New Wave rudiments are also sometimes considered). After their first release on the latest »Federal Republic Of« online compilation now their first MySpace Release is out. The special charme of their well hung songwriting lies in the way they combine old sounds with lyric poetry. Frequently they sing about the rite of passage in reflecting the youth’s experiences.
